COMING SOON! We are thrilled to work on the new Chattanooga FC headquarters, which will be located at the site of the old emissions building on Riverfront Parkway. Projects like this don’t come around very often and we are excited to be part of the team charged with executing this amazing vision.
Cape of Africa Expansion | Chattanooga Zoo

Without a doubt one of the coolest projects Modus has been given the opportunity to work on. These new exhibits include a new warthog, porcupine and serval enclosures as well as a greatly expanded giraffe yard. This has been a tremendous team effort under the guidance of the Zoo Staff.
BeCaffeinated

We are proud to be a part of bringing a BeCaffeinated location to North Georgia. This location serves residents of NW GA & Chattanooga as they travel down Rossville Blvd & Chickamauga Ave, one of the busiest intersections in the State of GA
The Glenwood School
Education
We repurposed an existing space to give The Glenwood School a new place to call home. This small K-5 Christian school is located on the campus of New City Fellowship in Downtown Chattanooga.
Parkside Event Hall

Located on Chattanooga’s Southside, Parkside Event Hall is a multi-purpose event space — designed by Tinker Ma to be as timeless as it is elegant.
CCS Powerhouse Canopy
Education
This new covered canopy will greatly enhance CCS Athletics’ ability to serve concessions to its sporting event patrons in a comfortable space.
CCS Tennis Center
Education
This state of the art indoor athletic facility will be a great venue to watch competitive tennis. Designed by Franklin Architects, this is a beautiful addition to the CCS campus.
CCS Campus Food Service
Education
We helped CCS transform the way they serve students on campus. Renovations included a new state of the art kitchen, revamped concessions & lower school dining, and upgrades to the spirit shop.
Chestnut Hall At The Commons

Designed by HK Architects, this is an amazing support space for The Commons cultural & recreational center in the City of Collegedale.

CCS Learning Center

We proudly partnered with CCS to make significant additions to their campus - including: The new Learning Center, pre-K building, Locker Rooms and playground areas.

Operating in Chattanooga, Tennessee for nearly a century, we partnered with TPC to expand their global headquarters, printing & packaging facility.
Lodge Corporate HQ
